There were only three members that could make it but may others supported the team and helped us raise $570!!!! Not bad for a little group. (with a few small changes) To be posted soon.<p> Next Basenji walk will be at the Laumeier Sculpture Park. <p> Also as you have seen a few of us are going to do the Bark in the Park fund raiser. Anyone is welcome to join us or support us.<p> We talked about our CPR/first aid class. We are looking to have our own class sometime in Aug. Maybe the 23 or 24. We need more input on what weekend will work for everyone and who wants to come. We have to have 8-10 people min. We can have is at the Doctors office that I work at for free. :) It is at Des Peres Hospital (just north of 270 and 44) The class is $35.00 a person (that includes a textbook), but there is a discount for a second person with out a book.(but I am not sure what it is)<p> Please lest me know if you want to come to the class and what day in Aug is best for you.<p> Also at the meeting we set a date for our July BBQ. July 13th It will be at the same park as last year. (it was free) Debbie is going to set it up. Kim and Jan are going to head up the food committee. Everyone will bring something and I think the club is getting the meat. Sarah and I are going to be doing games. If you have any game ideas email me.<p> And as always we are still looking for meet the breed ideas. I looked into the Petropolis Pet Carnival it is May 31st. Not sure we could make that. The Route 66 festival is in June 14 & 15 and we may be able to do that one.<p> There were a ton of brags as always because R66BC dogs rule!!!!
